For example, many shoppers revert to auto-pilot when shopping so are 
often unaware of their actions which means that many traditional
research approaches are somewhat in-effective when attempting to
understand shopper attitudes and behaviours. Consequently we have 
developed new techniques to help understand both the conscious and 
the more tricky ‘sub-conscious’ attitudes and behaviours to ensure our 
research makes a real difference to the retailers and brands.
