Our experience has shown that tenant satisfaction is affected by geography, neighbourhood type and other factors. Vision One are pioneering a new study to determine the full impact that geo-demographics are having on tenants and their relationship with their landlord.
We are inviting social landlords to share the results of their Status surveys with Vision One. We will use it to pool together and analyse data which can then be used to predict your Status score. All of this information will be kept confidential.
